Step by step
Fold two pieces of paper in the middle and cut the papers in half.
Using the two pencils roll the paper as tightly as you can and glue the rolled piece of paper and pull out the pencils from the end.
Repeat this until you have two rolls of paper like this!
Take a new piece of paper and glue on one tube as closely to the middle as possible (you can half the paper to make it easier).
Use the pencils to roll towards the middle and apply glue and repeat on the other side of the paper.
Once rolled you should see an L shaped tube like this. Repeat STEP 6 to 9 on the remaining tube.
Your two tubes should now fit into each other, Glue them together in the middle and side.
Let’s get creative! Design your bridge and make it your own! Use whatever you have around the house and make it look funky.
It’s time to test your bridge, let’s see how much it can hold, find something around the house and place it on the bridge or tie it underneath.
